Graphic Designer

We are seeking a talented and enthusiastic Graphic Designer to join our dynamic team in Reynoldsburg. This role will support the site and app team in digital concepting and creative production for upcoming fashion seasons. The ideal candidate will be excited about the brand and have a positive, solutions-oriented attitude. Organization and initiative are important, as is the ability to work quickly in a team environment.

Daily Responsibilities

• Check live site and app creative to ensure it aligns with design specifications.
• Design elevated, relevant seasonal creative for launches, promotions, and other initiatives.
• Update creative to reflect the latest status in a fast-moving landscape.
• Build relationships with teammates and cross-functional partners, and communicate effectively when questions or changes arise.
• Ensure pixel-perfect production and delivery.
• Maintain Figma component libraries to ensure they're up-to-date with design language and live site specs.
• Handle production duties, including creating files, folder structures, prototypes, and sharing links for final creative.
• Collaborate with developers and designers, leveraging knowledge of web development standards and jargon.
• Use Chrome developer tools to ascertain CSS info and troubleshoot.
• WordPress experience is a plus.

Your Impact

Concepting responsibilities include designing with a forward-thinking lens and creating campaigns for the upcoming fashion season. Support in executing comps, ideas, and mocks for weekly and/or leadership presentations. Creative production responsibilities involve bringing pitched concepts to life and/or helping execute already concepted campaigns under the supervision of the Art Director in a fast-paced environment.

Your Experience

• Bachelor's degree required or equivalent experience.
• 3-4 years in a Design role/experience preferred, including internships.
• Previous fashion experience is preferred.
• Fluency and proficiency in using a Mac, Adobe Creative Suite programs, and Figma.
• Strong creative production, organization, and design skills.
• Highly organized and self-motivated.
• Experience creating playful, compelling animations and videos for digital sites and platforms.
• Team-oriented with strong communication skills.
• Quick, independent thinker and resourceful problem solver.
• Willingness and excitement to learn.
• Seeking a long-term commitment and the desire to keep growing.

This is a hybrid role, in Reynoldsburg OH requiring in-office presence 1-2 days a week. A company computer will be provided.
